Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and any final-sale merchandise are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
